Hawks WBB Falls to Chiefs

Palatine, IL: The Harper women's basketball team showed flashes of resilience but ultimately fell 84-27 to the Waubonsee Chiefs in a tough home matchup on Thursday.  

The Hawks put together a strong second quarter, outscoring the Chiefs 18-14, but were unable to sustain that momentum against Waubonsee's dominant performance on both ends of the court.  

Meghan Ewanio led Harper with 7 points, while Kinsley Stillman battled on the boards, pulling down 8 rebounds. Despite the final score, the Hawks demonstrated their fight and will look to build on their second-quarter success in their next game.
