Hawks Go 1-3 Over Weekend

Palatine, IL: The Hawks had two double-headers over the weekend. On Saturday they traveled to play DII Madison and on Sunday they hosted DII Prairie State.

Madison G1

Quinton Johnston and Cole Ratliff were the only Hawks to record hits while Kyle Odeshoo had the lone RBI. The Hawks fell 1-15 in five innings.

Madison G2
The second game had a similar story.
Odeshoo and Cameron King recorded the only hits for the Hawks in a 0-9 shut out.

Praire State G1
In the first game against the Pioneers the Hawks recorded seven hits with a double from
Odeshoo. They fell 5-11.

Praire State G2
The Hawks flew to victory to end the weekend on a strong note. The team won 14-3 with nine hits including a double from
Tommy Jusi and a triple from Johnston. Johnston is third in the country right now in triples. Mitchell Janczak pitched a complete game to record the win in five innings. 


The Hawks host Kankakee at home later today.
