Hawks Drop Doubleheader to Rock Valley

Rockford, IL: The Hawks came up short in a doubleheader against Rock Valley, falling 10-2 in game one and 10-0 in game two.

In the opener, the Hawks found some offensive production with Jordan Murtaugh and Whitney Schnack each driving in a run. Despite those contributions, Rock Valley maintained control throughout the game to secure the win.

Game two proved more difficult for Harper, as they were unable to generate offense against a strong Rock Valley pitching performance, resulting in a 10-0 loss.

The Hawks will look to regroup as they prepare for their next matchup on April 17th.
