Spring 2016: Entering first season with the Hawks.

Fall 2015: Placed third at the 2015 NJCAA Division III Men’s Cross Country Championship … earned All-American honors … team won national meet for fifth straight year … named the Men’s Central Region Athlete of the Year by the USATFCCCA for his individual title at the NJCAA Region IV Men’s Cross Country Championship Oct. 31 at Harper College … voted Team MVP.

Fall 2014: Placed 20th at the 2014 DIII Cross Country National Championships … team won fourth straight national championship.

Prep: Ran for the Sabres and coach Weert Goldenstein … earned Cross Country MVP Award in 2013 … owns personal bests of 4:50 in the mile and 16:32 in the 5k.

Personal: Major is mechanical engineering.
