2013: Entering first season with the Hawks.

2012: Did not play college volleyball.

2011: Played for the DePauw University Tigers … ranked seventh in the conference in serving aces.

Prep: A three-year letter winner for the Vikings … played for coach Curt Pinley … an All-Area and All-Conference selection in both 2009 and 2010 …  holds the career and season kill record at Fremd … a team captain in 2007 and 2010 ... honor roll student.

Personal: Alex is the daughter of Alan and Andrea Messner … major is business.
