Biography
Fall 2014: Entering second season with the Hawks.
Spring 2014: Place third in the 1500m at the national meet … part of 4x800m relay team that also took third place … team took sixth place at the 2014 DIII Outdoor Track & Field National Championships.
Fall 2013: Placed fifth at the 2013 DIII Cross Country National Championships … earned All-American honors … team won third consecutive national championship … earned All-Region honors.
Prep: A two-year letter winner in cross country for the Pirates … ran for coach Chris Quick … member of 2011 Pirates state championship team … finished in 16th place individually in conference in 2012 … team broke most consecutive wins in the MSL with 68 wins … two-year letter winner in track and field as well … 4x800m relay team took seventh in state in 2013 … letter winner in swimming … honor roll student all four years of high school … member of National Honor Society his senior year.
Personal: Zach is the son of Michael and Lavri Stella … major is mathematics.
