2015: Entering second season with the Hawks.

2014: Played in 42 games as a freshman … hit .331 with a .381 OBP, 12 RBIs, 41 hits, 27 runs scored, and 13 stolen bases … went 3-for-4 with three RBIs in a win over Moraine Valley Community College April 17 … went 3-for-3 with an RBI and two runs scored in a win over Triton College April 27 … earned Second Team All-Conference honors …  N4C Academic All-Conference student.

Prep: A four-year letter winner for the Bearcats … played for coach Josh Lona … two-time First Team All-Conference selection … two-time All-Area Honorable Mention … North/South All-State team selection … holds school record for singles in a season … second place all-time for hits in a season at Wheeler … team went 59-25 in his three varsity seasons … a letter winner and team captain in football … also holds six weightlifting records.

Personal: Tyler is the son of Mike and Teri Crussen … major is undecided.
