Coach Lemberg is entering his seventh season as the head coach of the Harper Hawks women's soccer program in 2025. He started coaching for Harper as an assistant in 2014. He was the interim head coach in 2018 before being permanently promoted in 2019.

Lemberg has coached 23 All-Region nominations for women as head coach and another 17 as an assistant. He has also coached four men to All-Region honors as an assistant.

Lemberg holds a USSF National C License and USSF National Youth License in the sport. He is currently the technical director for the
Arlington Aces Soccer Club in Arlington Heights.

Coach Mari Neberieza is entering her second season as Lemberg's assistant.

Bachelors Degree: Corporate/Organizational Communication, History minor, Northern Illinois University (1995)

Before Harper
Lemberg began coaching in 2001 for the KUFC, where he worked jointly to oversee youth activities for the club.

Lemberg recently served as the Youth Director for the Campton United Soccer Club out of St. Charles from 2009-2013, where he was responsible for program growth, coach retention, player retention and player development. While there, he also coached several teams and managed all youth academy programs including: Junior Soccer Academy, Academy, Recruitment and ID Camps. He also supervised the annual recruitment, tryout and selection process for the club.
