Box Score MADISON, Wis. – The Harper College women's soccer team came up short on Wednesday afternoon at Madison College, losing 3-0.
The Hawks (2-4, 2-3 N4C) managed 11 shots on goal in the game, including four from Sarah George (/Schaumburg) and three from Danielle Reptowski (/Schaumburg). The WolfPack (1-4-1, 1-3 N4C) seized a 1-0 lead in the 41st minute on an unassisted goal by Elizabeth Conejo.
Madison came out strong in the second half, as Zoe Messing made beat Harper goalkeeper Nicole Soderholm (Arlington Heights, Ill./Buffalo Grove) for an unassisted goal in the 54th minute. Conejo scored her second goal of the game in the 66th minute to put the home team ahead 3-0. Soderholm made 11 saves on the afternoon for the Hawks. Stephanie Myszkowski earned the victory in goal for the WolfPack with 11 saves.
The Hawks are back in action on Tuesday, September 30 as they host conference rival College of DuPage (4-2-1, 3-1 N4C) at 4 PM.
