Hawks Soar to Victory: Harper Volleyball defeated Joliet in Straight Sets

Joliet, IL: Harper Volleyball secured a 3-0 win against Joliet, sweeping all sets in a closely contested battle. Each set remained tight, with Harper pulling away late in each one. Strong offensive play, combined with solid defense and serving, helped the Hawks overcome several key ties and push through for the victory.

Key Set Highlights:
Set 1: Harper rallied from an early deficit to tie the score at 7-7 and pulled ahead 14-8. After Joliet tied the set again at 23-23, Harper clinched the set 25-23. Mira Tchohadjieva contributed 4 kills, while Phoebe Kim recorded 10 assists.
Set 2: Harper built and maintained small leads, fending off Joliet's late push to win another 25-23 set. Morgan Krieter and Evie Mounts each had 3 kills, with Mounts adding an ace.
