Hawks Fall to MCC

Crystal Lake, IL: The Hawks lost 3-9 to DI opponent McHenry County College Thursday afternoon.

Despite the loss, Kyle Odeshoo was able to go three for four with a solo home run and a double. Luke Read also brought two runners home on a single for the Hawks. Both sophomores bats will be needed for the Hawks to get their season going in the right direction.

Jermaine Salcedo started for the Hawks and took the loss on the mound pitching two innings and allowing three runs. Jake Sarnecke came in for relief allowing six runs in three and a third innings.
