Hawks Win First of Double-Header vs MATC

Palatine, IL: In the first game of their double-header the Hawks won a close game 3-2 with Brianna Linnemann earning the win on the mound. She pitched a complete game with four strike outs.

The game was scoreless until Ella Brooks tripled in the fourth inning to bring home Cana Jones and Taylor Goudschaal.

Later in the sixth Goudschaal doubled to bring home Linnemann to give the Hawks three which was enough for the win.


The Hawks have a double-header at McHenry County College next.
