Hawks Dominate Regents in Doubleheader Sweep

Palatine, IL: The Hawks bounced back in a big way on Friday, overpowering the Rockford Regents with back-to-back run-rule victories. The Hawks took Game 1 with an 11-1 win before shutting out the Regents 12-0 in Game 2, both ending in just five innings.  

Game 1: Hulligan Cruises, Hawks' Offense Rolls  
Mason Hulligan continued his strong start to the season, picking up another win on the mound while the Hawks' offense provided plenty of run support. Spencer Geake highlighted the offensive explosion with a home run and six RBIs, setting the tone for Harper's dominant day at the plate.  

Game 2: Dorka Shines, Hawks Shut Out Regents  
Ethan Dorka followed Hulligan's lead in Game 2, earning the win while keeping Rockford off the scoreboard. The Hawks' bats stayed hot, with Geake launching his second homer of the day as Harper poured on 12 runs in another five-inning victory.  



With the sweep, the Hawks improve their record and carry momentum into today's rematch in Rockford. They'll look to complete the season series sweep and continue their winning ways on the road.
