Hawks Take Down Owls in 10-7 Victory

Palatine, IL: The Hawks baseball team continued their strong play on Thursday afternoon, earning a 10-7 win over the Oakton Owls at Hawks Field.

Logan Sarna delivered another solid start on the mound, going six innings without allowing an earned run to pick up his fourth win of the season. Evan Fahey pitched the final three innings in relief to help close out the game.

The Hawks were active on the basepaths all afternoon, swiping seven bases and keeping constant pressure on the Owls' defense. At the plate, Joey Glozier stayed red-hot, driving in two runs with a double and a sacrifice fly. Brayden Clancy had a big day as well, smashing a triple and a double while also collecting two RBIs. Cameron King and Alex Tabbert each added an RBI double, helping to fuel the offense.

The Hawks look to carry the momentum into a special road matchup on Friday, as they travel to Morton College, the former home of Head Coach Dom Milano.
