Hawks Fall Short Against Owls in Low-Scoring Battle

Des Plaines, IL: The Hawks dropped a close 4-2 contest to the Oakton Owls on Tuesday afternoon. Jake Torres turned in a solid start for Harper, pitching six innings and keeping the game within reach throughout.

Offensively, the Hawks struggled to get the bats going, managing just five hits on the day. Brayden Clancy provided the team's lone extra-base hit with a double, while Dominic Jacoby drove in both Harper runs.

Despite a strong outing on the mound and a late push, the Hawks couldn't overcome Oakton's steady lead. They'll look to bounce back in their next outing.
