Paige Erland (2025)

Paige Erland

Since taking over the role in the 2004-2005 school year, Erland has been a cornerstone of the Harper athletic community, providing essential care, guidance, and support to student-athletes across all sports. Her impact goes far beyond taping ankles and injury evaluations. For two decades, Erland has been a trusted presence on the sidelines, in the training room, and throughout campus.

During her tenure, Harper Athletics has achieved incredible success, and
Erland has been there every step of the way. She has overseen athletic training care for 31 National Championship titles - 15 in cross country, eight in track and field, four in wrestling, two in football, and one in women's volleyball. Her dedication has helped ensure that Harper athletes not only perform at the highest level but also stay healthy and prepared to compete.

Erland's commitment to the well-being of Harper's student-athletes is well known across campus. She is a familiar face to staff, students, and faculty alike - always ready with a helping hand, expert advice, or a quick word of encouragement. Whether working early mornings, late nights, or weekends, her passion for her work never wavers.
