Hawks Named Scholar Team of the Year

Palatine, IL: The Hawks have once again proven their excellence both on and off the course, earning the title of the 2024 NJCAA Division III Men's Cross Country Scholar Team of the Year. With a remarkable cumulative GPA of 3.39, the Hawks demonstrated their commitment to academic success while competing at the highest level.  

Harper capped off their stellar season with a runner-up finish at the 2024 NJCAA DIII Cross Country Championships in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Their impressive performance in the classroom and on the course reflects the dedication and hard work of the student-athletes and coaching staff.  

This marks the second consecutive year that Harper has received the prestigious Scholar Team of the Year honor, reinforcing their status as one of the premier programs in NJCAA Division III cross country. Their ability to balance rigorous academics with elite competition is a testament to the culture of excellence within the program.  

The Hawks continue to set the standard for student-athletes, proving that success is measured not only in race times but also in academic achievement.
