Golden Named NJCAA DIII Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week

Palatine, IL: Hawks' Ryan Golden (Grant High School) has been nominated for NJCAA Division III Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the period of Sept. 17–Sept. 24.

Golden continued his strong freshman campaign at the Midwest Classic hosted by Olivet Nazarene University, finishing in 27:06 for the 8k race. His performance placed him 18th overall in a highly competitive field and second among all junior college runners.

Golden has been a model of consistency early in the 2025 season, finishing as the Hawks' top or second scorer in every meet while helping Harper maintain its national No. 1 ranking.
