GLEN ELLYN, Ill. – In their final dress rehearsal before the Region IV Tournament, the Harper College men's basketball team notched a 61-56 victory over College of DuPage.  Shonnon Barfield (Posen, Ill., Homewood-Flossmoor) tallied a team-high 17 points to pace Harper (10-20, 4-10 N4C), while Horace Grant, Jr. (Deerfield, Ill., Deerfield) had 12 and Jordan Mack (Hillside, Ill., St. Joseph) added ten.

John Lorenz (Elk Grove Village, Ill., Elk Grove) finished off a 10-2 spurt with a 3-pointer to tie the game at 48-48 with 5:26 left and later converted a 3-point play in the final minutes to increase Harper's lead to eight.  The victory completed a season sweep over the Chaparrals (10-20, 1-12).
