JOLIET, Ill. – The Harper College women's basketball season came to an end on Thursday night at Joliet Junior College. The #5 seed Hawks (9-20) fell to #4 seed Joliet Junior College (21-10), 68-54.

Harper trailed 39-20 at the break but outscored Joliet 34-29 after halftime. Joslyn Nicholson (/Cary-Grove) paced the Hawks with a game-high 27 points and six rebounds. Ashonte Sims (/Normal Community West) also scored in double figures with 13 points (5-of-11 shooting).  Harper shot 35.2 percent (19-of-54) as a team.

The Wolves were led by Le'royia Campbell with 19 points and Naomi Mayes with 14 points. As a team, they shot 46.8 percent (29-of-62) on the night.
