Harper College defeated Triton College in 3 sets, 25-12, 25-12, and 25-21.
In the first set, Harper took a 5-0 lead behind
Taylor Pfaller's (/St. Viator) serves. Triton called time out, and next thing you know, Harper looked up at a 5-5 tie; then another tie at 6-6. At that point, Harper took another 5-point lead at 12-7; Triton called another time out, but this time Harper extended the lead to 10 points at 18-8; and then won 25-12.

At that point, Harper called time out, and adjusted, and stormed back to 11-15, 16-18, and 18-20; and finally tied the score at 20-20, behind some clutch serving from
Rugile Jaciunas (/Wheeling H.S.). Harper went on to win 25-21.
