Harpers Men's Soccer team was put to the test this weekend. In their continued search for an undefeated season. 

In the first half both the Golden Eagles and Hawks had opportunities to go ahead, but neither team could convert on a list of one-timers, penalty kicks or breakaways. The match continued through the first half with tons of pressure and grittiness.  

In the Second Half the Heat turned up in the match and at the field- hitting 91 Degrees.
Harper was the first to capitalize on a scoring opportunity, halfway into the Second Half. The Goal came from a corner kick by #14 Anthony Cabral (/Hoffman Estates) and was magnificently headed in by #17 Jason Rivas (/Wheeling). The Hawks fought off the Golden Eagles late surge in the second half. Goalie #1 Alan Alfaro successful saved 9 shots on goal.
