Region IV Championship Tomorrow!

Joliet, IL: The playoffs are upon us with the NJCAA DIII Region IV Championship set to take place at Joliet tomorrow at 3 PM.

In the previous two match-ups, the Hawks have lost 68-80 and 66-77. The Hawks leading scorer, James Sinclair, missed the first game. He had 28 points and 21 rebounds in his one bout. John Morgan and Christopher Charite are both averaging roughly 16 points against Joliet and will be looked to for support. Takari Jones will have to lead them at the point and keep the team under control and energized.

Coach Richards and Coach Patterson have the Hawks at their best record since the 2016-2017 season. Securing a regional championship in their first year at the helm would be a great success story for them and the program.
