Pocica, Ledinsky, Continue Season at 33rd Annual Ken Weidt Classic

Mequon, WI: The Hawks women's cross country team competed at the 33rd annual Ken Weidt Classic on Saturday, hosted by Concordia University Wisconsin.

The Hawks had two runners toe the line for their second 6k of the season.
Natalia Pocica showed strong early-season progress, trimming 20 seconds off her opening-week time to finish in 26:25. The All-American also set a new personal course best in Mequon, improving by 33 seconds from her performance a year ago.

Kasey Ledinsky continued her steady form, running within three seconds of her debut effort at St. James Farm last week. The 2023 national championship team member showcased consistency as she builds through the season.

The Hawks return to action on Friday at Aspen Ridge Golf Course in Bourbonnais, where Olivet Nazarene University will host the Midwest Classic.
